Eleven people missing after landslide in Brazil

Eleven people are reported missing as a result of a landslide near the resort town of Angra dos Reis on the coast of the Brazilian state of Rio de Janeiro, Report informs citing TASS.

According to the Globo TV channel, rescuers released five people from under the rubble; their lives were out of danger. Over the past two days in the Angra dos Reis region, a record 655 mm of precipitation has been recorded for the entire time of meteorological observations.

Heavy rains also fell to other parts of the state.
