Dutch government calls on country's citizens to refrain from traveling to Iran

The Dutch Foreign Ministry has called on the country's citizens to fully refrain from traveling to Iran due to ongoing protests, Report informs, citing TASS.

On the map for travelers, Iran is now painted in red, which means that travels to this country are not allowed in any circumstances due to protests sparked by the death of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini.

The change in recommendations means that the demonstrations are accompanied by violence, the ministry said.
