China cancels fine on birth of third child

Chinese authorities have lifted fines and other sanctions for the birth of three children.

Report informs citing TASS that this is stated in the decision of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, published on Tuesday.

By 2025, the government will create a full-fledged system of social policy to stimulate the birth rate.

"Social security fees have been canceled, provisions on the corresponding penalties have been revised and canceled," the document says.

"A policy of active measures to stimulate the birth rate will be developed by 2025," the decision of the State Council of the People's Republic of China says.
