Brussels hosts secret meeting of representatives of Greece and Turkiye

A secret meeting was held in Brussels between Greek Prime Minister Anna-Maria Boura and Turkish President's representative Ibrahim Kalin.

Report informs, citing foreign media, that the meeting took place "in conditions of the strictest secrecy" in the presence of the diplomatic adviser to German Chancellor Olaf Scholz - Jens Plötner

It is noted that the parties studied each other's intentions to resume bilateral relations.

"The talks took place in the office of the German Delegation to the European Union with an open agenda, without any preconditions, so that each side could explore the other side's intentions to resume bilateral relations. They were attended by Jens Plötner, Olaf Scholz's diplomatic adviser and former German ambassador in Athens," the publication states.
