Austrian President Alexander Van der Bellen has tasked the incumbent Chancellor, Karl Nehammer, with forming a new government.
Report informs via foreign media that the president's move is attributed to the inability of Herbert Kickl, the leader of the victorious right-wing Freedom Party of Austria (FPÖ), to create a viable coalition that would allow him to assume the role of Chancellor. Consequently, the responsibility of addressing this issue falls on the shoulders of Nehammer.
