At least 65 police officers injured during pro-Palestinian protests in Berlin

At least 65 law enforcement officers suffered in Berlin on the night of Thursday as a result of pro-Palestinian demonstrations that grew into unrest, spokesman for the Berlin police trade union Benjamin Yendro said on the social network X.

"Last night at pro-Palestinian protests, at least 65 police officers were injured as a result of stone throwing, pyrotechnics, and physical violence - and in just two days we have already had more than 80," he wrote.

He added that he was horrified by what was happening and wished the victims a speedy recovery.

Riots swept through Berlin last night following an attack on the Al-Ahli hospital in Gaza.
