Argentine president says his country won't send weapons to Ukraine

Latin American countries do not plan to supply weapons to Ukraine, Argentine President Alberto Fernandes said, Report informs via Interfax.

At the press conference held after the meeting with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, who is on a visit to Argentina, Alberto Fernandes announced that his country will not deliver weapons to the conflict regions:

"Argentina and Latin America do not plan to send weapons to Ukraine or any other conflict zone."

Earlier this week, Brazilian President Luis Inácio Lula da Silva did not accept Berlin's request to send tank ammunition to Ukraine, which Western allies promised to supply to Kyiv.
