Analysts predict decline in US unemployment in April

Unemployment in the US in April fell to 3.5% from 3.6% in March, while the number of jobs in non-farm sectors of the country’s economy grew by 391,000 after an increase of 431,000, analysts polled by the DailyFX portal suggest, Report informs.

The US Department of Labor will publish these statistics on May 6 afternoon.

US oil and gas service company Baker Hughes Company will publish weekly statistics of operating oil rigs in the US. During the previous working week, their number increased by three, to 552 units.
