Almost 70% of Americans consider Biden too old for 2nd term

Most US citizens are convinced that the current president Joe Biden is too old to participate in the 2024 presidential election, Report informs via the New York Post.

According to the Yahoo News/Yougov survey, 68% of respondents are in this opinion.

As noted, among the supporters of the Democratic Party, many agree that Biden's age is a problem - 48% supported this statement, and only 34% did not agree with it. As for independent voters, 71% are sure that the US president is "too old" for the second term.

At the same time, Biden has not yet officially announced his participation in the 2024 election, although he spoke about the possibility of such a decision. If the US President decides to participate in the vote and win, then by the beginning of the second term, he will be 82 years old and by the end - 86 years.
