Ali Faisal: Grateful to APA countries for supporting Palestine

Deputy Chairman of the Palestinian National Council Ali Faisal said the Palestinians insist on creating an independent state, Report informs.

He was speaking at the 14th plenary session of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly (APA) in Baku.

He noted that Palestine was suffering from the war: “More than 30,000 people were killed, more than 70,000 were injured.”

The deputy chairman added that the Palestinians also insist on the return of refugees: “Although Biden himself said that the issue would be resolved within the US policy, this is not possible. APA member countries are always on the side of Palestine, and we thank them for their support.”
