6.0-magnitude quake hits 6 km NNE of Metahāra, Ethiopia

An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.0 jolted 6 km NNE of Metahāra, Ethiopia at 20:28:23 GMT on February 14, the US Geological Survey (USGS) said, Report informs via Xinhua.

The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 8.96 degrees north latitude and 39.93 degrees east longitude.
