German police detained 27 people, including a Russian citizen, on suspicion of plotting a coup, the country's General Prosecutor's Office said.

Report informs via TASS that the suspects contacted representatives of Russia to prepare for the coup but failed to get any support.

A total of 130 houses and apartments of right-wing radicals are being searched in Germany as part of one of the biggest operations, Report informs via TASS.

According to the information, the searches are carried out in connection with the preparation of the coup.
