Baku. 29 October. REPORT.AZ/ Bans on MPs are expanded in Azerbaijan.
Report informs that, in this regard, the draft law on ethical behavior rules of members of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan is amended.
Article 11 of the law goes: "The deputy should not allow conflicts of interest during his tenure and should not use their authority for personal interests.
The deputy should not allow his / her interests or the interests of the third parties to influence his / her duties and should not create conditions for such influence.
In case of conflict between the duties of the deputy and his / her personal interests, he / she should inform the Milli Majlis's Disciplinary Commission about those interests.
Notably, the draft will be discussed at the plenary session of the Milli Majlis on October 30.
