Baku is hosting a conference themed “The role of national parliaments in promoting security and stability through green economy, transport coordination and sustainable development,” organized by the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly (PA) and the Milli Majlis (Parliament) of Azerbaijan, Report informs.
The President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly (PA), Margareta Cederfelt, Speaker of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova, MPs, and foreign officials are attending the conference.
Within the event, panel discussions on “The role of green concepts and technologies in sustainable development and economic recovery” and “Strengthening the resilience of supply chains through the facilitation of international transport and trade for sustainable development” will be held.
The official closing ceremony of the event will be held tomorrow in Baku. Later, the conference participants will leave for the Aghali village of the Zangilan district.
