Azerbaijani parliamentary committee discussing amnesty bill

A meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Legal Policy and State Building is underway, Report informs, adding that a bill “On amnesty on the occasion of November 8 - Victory Day” is being discussed at the meeting.

The bill was presented to parliament by President Ilham Aliyev.
