Azerbaijan improving articles of Criminal Code related to crimes against sexual inviolability

Articles of the Criminal Code related to crimes against sexual inviolability and sexual freedom of an individual are being improved in Azerbaijan, Report informs.

The issue was discussed at the regular meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Human Rights in the format of a videoconference.

The corresponding draft was recommended to the plenary session of the parliament in the first reading.
