Zakir Hasanov congratulates Azerbaijani army personnel

Defense Minister Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov has congratulated the personnel of the Azerbaijani army on November 8 - Victory Day.

According to Report, the congratulatory message says:

"I cordially congratulate you on November 8 - Victory Day, which is considered the most glorious page in our military history. I wish each of you success in service for the further increase of Azerbaijan's defense capability."
