President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed the Decree to award the service members of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan who were martyred in the military operations for the restoration of the territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Report informs, citing the press service of the head of state.
