Lieutenant General Nizam Ramazan Osmanov has been appointed Deputy Defense Minister - Chief of the Main Logistics Department.

According to Report, President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree in this regard

According to the order, Osmanov was relieved of the post of Deputy Chief of Staff - Chief of the Main Department of Combat Training and Military Education.
