NATO Military Committee members watch Azerbaijan-Turkey-Georgia exercise

Members of the NATO Military Committee visited the NATO-Georgia Joint Training and Evaluation Center (JTEC) in Tbilisi, said Georgian Defense Ministry.

The highest military representatives of the Alliance watched the Eternity-2021 computer-assisted command and staff training held at the center with the participation of Azerbaijani, Turkish and Georgian service members online.

Later, a meeting was held between the Chief of General Staff of the Georgian Defense Forces, Major General Giorgi Matiashvili, and the head of the NATO Military Committee, Admiral Rob Bauer. The sides discussed the process of transformation of the Defense Forces, the importance of military cooperation between NATO and Georgia, and future plans, as well as security in the Black Sea.

The Eternity-2021 training, which started on October 4 and was attended by more than 200 participants, ends today.
