Defense Minister of Azerbaijan Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov sent his condolences to Hulusi Akar, Minister of National Defense of the Republic of Turkiye.

"I was deeply saddened by the reports of deaths and injuries as a result of the powerful earthquake in Turkiye. Your pain is our pain. We always stand by brother Turkiye.
