Engineering work is underway in Azerbaijan's Lachin city, the villages of Zabukh and Sus, Report informs referring to the Ministry of Defense.
"Activities are underway in these territories to deploy units of the Azerbaijani army in new deployment points, as well as to carry out the necessary engineering work," the defense ministry said in a statement.
President Ilham Aliyev shared a publication on his Twitter page about the return of Azerbaijanis to the city of Lachin on August 26, the deployment of the Azerbaijani army in the city of Lachin, and getting control of the villages of Zabukh and Sus. He congratulated all the inhabitants of Lachin and the Azerbaijani people on this event.
The State Flag of Azerbaijan was raised in the city of Lachin.
