Chairman of ANAMA: Armenians scattered large amount of metal debris in mined areas

Armenians deliberately scattered a large amount of scraps and nail debris in the areas they mined, Vugar Suleymanov, Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA), told reporters.

The chairman of the organization said that when the deminers of Azerbaijan started their work, they faced other heinous acts of the Armenians:

"Thus, they created many obstacles and scattered metal scraps in the liberated areas, making it difficult to clear mines."

"Metal debris scattered over the area makes demining difficult and slows down mine clearance works," he stressed.
