Azerbaijan's SBS appoints new spokesman

The State Border Service (SBS) has made a new appointment.

According to Report, the head of the SBS, Colonel-General Elchin Guliyev, has signed an order to appoint Lieutenant-Colonel Rashad Mashadiyev, the chief of the Press Center.

The SBS Press Center confirmed the fact to Report.
