Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defense refutes disinformation of Armenian side

The information spread in some social networks of Armenia that the city of Khankandi was shelled by Azerbaijani Armed Forces using the Grad rocket and artillery complex is completely false, Report informs, citing the Ministry of Defense.

"We categorically deny this information," the ministry said.
