A total of 102 bags of bone remains have been received up to date, Director of the Association of Forensic Medical Examination and Pathological Anatomy of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Health Adalat Hasanov said on August 30 at the conference "Identification of Missing Persons - Humanitarian Approach" dedicated to the International Day of the Disappeared, Report informs.
"We are sent the bones of our compatriots buried during the First Karabakh War and after it. To date, 102 bags of bone remains have been sent," he noted.
"Our employees examined them. It was found that among them there are the remains of 156 people. In total, these are 10,640 bone fragments," Hasanov said.
