National Television and Radio Council: "ANS resorted to deception"
Baku. 25 November. REPORT.AZ/ Baku Administrative Economic Court No.1 held a preliminary hearing on the lawsuit filed by the National Television and Radio Council (NTRC) against ANS Independent Broadcasting and Media Company.
According to the Report journalis, who attended the hearing, Judge Vusala Bakhisheva presided the trial. ANS was presented by Mukhtar Mustafayev. He said that a television series named Absheron was submitted by ANS on November 5, 2015 to the Council.
In turn, the Council's representative stated that, ANS submitted that film under the other name
The parties argued at the trial.
The ANS representative asked the court to give some time. The next hearing is scheduled for December 9.
