Azerbaijan’s Nakhchivan is hosting the Global Information Environment and Media Trends conference (MEDIAFEST-2025) on May 30 in line with the relevant decree of President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the Azerbaijani national press, Report informs.
The event began with a visit to the monument of Azerbaijan’s National Leader, Heydar Aliyev.
The memory of the Great Leader was respectfully commemorated, and flower bouquets were placed in front of the monument.
The conference is being held on the initiative of the Authorized Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, with the joint organization of the Media Development Agency, the Press Council, and the Sharq Qapisi newspaper, which is the official newspaper of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
