Baku. 20 January. REPORT.AZ/ The European Union may establish a Russia-language mass media body with a target Russian-speaking audience in Eastern Partnership countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine) and in the European Union countries, European Union High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini said on Monday.
