Fake information has been circulated on social media accounts associated with the internet resource "EekadFacts," falsely claiming that weapons are being transported by air from Azerbaijan to another country, reads a statement by the Media Development Agency of Azerbaijan (MEDIA), Report informs.
"This baseless information, which is entirely fabricated, is yet another example of the global disinformation campaign against our country. It does not reflect reality and is a product of pure imagination. We view the production and dissemination of such speculative information as an unsuccessful attempt to manipulate public opinion and harm the international reputation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, which regularly hosts prestigious global events. We urge our citizens and the international community to disregard such misleading information and rely solely on information from official sources."
