Baku. 1 March. REPORT.AZ/ Broadcasting of TRT 1 TV channel within digital social package has been restored in Azerbaijan.
Report informs, TRT 1 is being broadcasted in Azerbaijan within digital social package.
Notably, relevant agreement on broadcasting has been reached between the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency under the Office ofPrime Minister of Turkey (TIKA) and National Television and Radio Council, Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies, Radio-TV Broadcasting and Satellite Communications Production Association.
Notably, TRT 1 channel had been broadcasting in Azerbaijan since 1995, according to the agreement signed between the Governments of Azerbaijan and Turkey. Analog broadcasting of TRT 1 in Azerbaijan was gradually suspended from November 2016, as other TV channels.
