15th group of Report Media School joins training program

The 15th group of the Report Media School operating in the Report Information Agency joined the new training program.

Among the applicants, nine students will prepare news, interviews, reportage, and investigative articles for the agency and learn the secrets of journalism. Particular importance will be given to news journalism during the training period.

The director of the Report Information Agency, Fuad Huseynaliyev, said at the meeting with students of Report Media School that the most important part of the training process is to carefully monitor the work of experienced journalists.

“You can learn real journalism in depth by going to events with Report's correspondents and actively participating in the training of leading editors. It is possible to have the most successful career by knowing the secrets of the profession well. Meetings with interesting people, well-known journalists, and writers await you during the training.”

The Head of Report Media School, Ismayil Rafigoglu, recommended the students who joined the training approach the process seriously: “A successful result can be achieved by systematically participating in the trainings held at the Report Media School. Every student should strive to develop the ability to write, produce news, and have an operational mindset.”

Report Media School started operations in June 2018. Its goal is to train personnel for the Azerbaijani media, familiarize those wishing to become journalists with modern trends, and improve practical skills. Dozens of young people have become graduates of the school so far, many of whom work in various media structures in Azerbaijan.
