Conditions have been created on the Khankandi-Lanchin road for the passage of two passenger cars belonging to Russian peacekeepers.
Report's correspondent from the scene said that the vehicles moving from Khankandi to Lachin passed freely through the road.
It is yet another proof that the road is open for humanitarian purposes despite the ongoing protest.
