Turkish MoD: All occupied lands must be returned to Azerbaijan, we will not allow concessions

"We celebrate the victory of our Azerbaijani brothers who liberated their lands from occupation after 30 years, and we share their joy. The ceasefire agreement, which began at midnight on November 10, ended the invasion of Armenia, so Karabakh, the Azerbaijan territory, was freed," said the Turkish Ministry of National Defense.

"On November 11, a memorandum was signed on the Turkish-Russian Monitoring Center, which was established to monitor and inspect the ceasefire in the region. Discussions are underway with the Russian Federation to agree on methods and grounds for implementing the memorandum.

"The delegations held the first meeting on November 13 at the Ministry of National Defense. Discussions will continue today.

"We want to emphasize once again that we will closely monitor the implementation of the terms of the ceasefire statement, the return of all occupied lands to Azerbaijan, the restoration of peace and stability in the region, will not allow concessions and will provide all possible support to Azerbaijan without hesitation. Azerbaijan's struggle is our struggle, and grief and happiness are our own," the ministry's statement notes.
