Russian expert: OSCE Minsk Group has reached its limits

In an interview with Report, Russian military expert Igor Korotchenko shared his thoughts on the OSCE Minsk Group in the post-conflict period, on future transport and economic projects in Karabakh, and how Azerbaijan decently won the information war.

"I believe that the OSCE Minsk Group has reached its limits. It has shown its ineffectiveness, and, in the current format, when Azerbaijan has restored its territorial integrity, the activities of the OSCE Minsk Group are not needed," Korotchenko noted.

Speaking about the new projects that will be implemented in Karabakh in the coming years, the expert expressed hope that ‘the region will develop on the principles of cooperation, consolidation, and contribution of each country to economic prosperity.’
