Azerbaijan’s military victory is a highlight in 2020, Russian military expert, editor-in-chief of the National Defense magazine Igor Korotchenko said in Baku, Report informs.
The Second Karabakh War results demonstrated the authority of Azerbaijan and the fact that the war was fair, he said.
Korotchenko noted that his position on the Karabakh issue coincides with the Kremlin’s point of view and proceeds from Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity.
"It has been clearly defined since the beginning of the conflict," he added.
He said that not drones, but the people won the Karabakh war.
"The people and the president won this war. Azerbaijan’s victory in the Karabakh war was logical," the expert noted.
He added that ‘strong presidents’ bound by ‘mutual affection' rule Azerbaijan and Russia.
