Public Council member: Armenians among Russian peacekeepers who are blocking us

Among the Russian peacekeepers who stopped the Azerbaijanis from conducting monitoring are also Armenians. If they use force, they will face us, Arzu Aliyeva, a member of the Public Council under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, told Report.

She noted that the wealth of Azerbaijan is being looted:

"Several deposits remained under the control of Armenian separatists. We witness the looting of our country's gold and silver deposits. We are aware of all this and have come to protest. Peacekeepers should allow us to conduct monitoring in those fields. All those registered deposits are the wealth of Azerbaijan. We also want our wealth back."

Aliyeva said that there are also Armenians among the Russian peacekeepers who stopped the Azerbaijanis from conducting monitoring: "They have no right to block our way. Khankendi road is currently closed. No force or armed peacekeeper can scare us. Today, the patriotic people of Azerbaijan want their land back."
