Pashinyan: Armenia recognized Azerbaijan's territorial integrity

Armenia recognized the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at the Council of Europe summit in Reykjavik.

According to Report, Pashinyan noted that earlier Armenia and Azerbaijan, through the mediation of French President Emmanuel Macron and President of the Council of the European Union Charles Michel, agreed to normalize relations on the basis of the Almaty Declaration:

"Three days ago, through the mediation of EU Council President Charles Michel, we took a step forward, emphasizing that Armenia recognizes Azerbaijan's territory of 86,600 square kilometers, and Azerbaijan recognizes Armenia's territory of 29,800 square kilometers."
