ICRC vehicles pass unhindered on Khankandi-Lachin road

Conditions have again been created on the Khankandi-Lachin road for the unhindered passage of a total of 9 vehicles belonging to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).

According to Report, 8 passenger cars and 1 truck crossed from Khankandi to Lachin.

This shows once again that there are no restrictions for the passage of humanitarian vehicles.
