Conditions have been created for the vehicles belonging to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to move again on the Khankandi-Lachin road, passing through Shusha.
According to Report, the vehicles moved without hindrance.
So, a total of five cars passed from Lachin to Khankandi.
There were civilian Armenian families and a child in two vehicles.
This shows once again that there are no restrictions on the movement of humanitarian vehicles.
