German FM comments mercenaries' participation in the hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh

"With regard to Nagorno Karabakh, based on current intelligence, we have to assume that a certain number of Syrian fighters are indeed in the crisis area. There are many international efforts to clarify how they are being used there, how large their numbers are and who is responsible for this. Howewer, this has nor been conclusively achieved so far", Maas said.
