Five ICRC vehicles freely move from Lachin to Khankandi

Today, conditions were created for the movement of five vehicles of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) on the Khankandi-Lachin road passing through Shusha, Report informs.

Five passenger cars moved from Khankandi to Lachin without hindrance.

This shows once again that there are no restrictions on the movement of humanitarian vehicles.
