A delegation of more than 30 travelers of the Club 100 organization have visited the Azykh cave.
Report informs that travelers received detailed information about the history of the cave.
They were told that the remains of the Azykhanthropus found here in 1968 by Mammadali Huseynov are a unique find in the history of mankind. During the occupation of Azerbaijani territories, Armenians illegally removed precious artifacts in gross violation of international conventions.
Azykh cave is a complex of six caves near the village of Azykh. It is located at an altitude of 1400 m above sea level on the left bank of the Guruchay River in the Khojavand region, 3 km northeast of the village of Tug and 14 km northwest of the city of Fuzuli.
A delegation of more than 30 travelers of Club 100 arrived in Karabakh and East Zangazur. Travelers from Sweden will visit the liberated territories of Azerbaijan in three days, where they will get acquainted with the destruction committed by Armenia during the occupation, as well as with the progress of restoration work.
