Charles Veley: Mine threat - obstacle to rapid development of Karabakh

The mine threat is a serious obstacle to the rapid development of Karabakh, the head of the MTP international travel group Charles Veley told Report.

According to Veley, mines in Azerbaijan are a serious problem for the country, hindering development.

"This problem hinders the rapid development of Karabakh, and a lot of money has to be allocated to solve it. I would like the international community to help Azerbaijan solve the problem of mine contamination," he said.

A delegation of 35 international travelers is visiting the liberated territories of Azerbaijan. Today they visited the Khudafarin Bridge in the Jabrayil district.

The trip was organized by the world-famous organization MTP (Most Traveled People). Travelers from 13 countries - the USA, the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Portugal, the Philippines, Poland, Hungary and others - are taking part in it.

Over the past 4 years, more than 360 international travelers from almost 50 countries have visited the liberated territories of Azerbaijan.
