The author notes that construction work in Karabakh continues 24/7: "Azerbaijan plans to restore an area the size of Montenegro as soon as possible. But if there was no risk of mines, the process would go even faster. Unexploded ordnance and minefields are echoes of war and cause difficulties during fieldwork."
Correspondents of the publication visited Aghdam and Fuzuli and noted that special attention is paid to the restoration of the districts:
"Currently, infrastructure projects are being implemented in the Aghdam city. Roads, irrigation canals, and electric cables are laid. A large area of the region has already been cleared and handed over for the construction of roads and communications. After the demining works are completed, a direct road will be built from Aghdam to Fuzuli."
The article emphasized that highways are being built quickly: "It is clear from the number of construction equipment involved in the organization of the infrastructure that only a few months are left before the opening of the roads."
