Hikmat Hajiyev: “Azerbaijan does not fight against Armenian population”

"We call on the civilian Armenian population living in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan not to succumb to the Armenian armed forces' potential provocations and the regime of the criminal junta and stay away from military facilities."

Report informs, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, Hikmat Hajiyev has said.

"As the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, President Ilham Aliyev noted, Azerbaijan does not fight against the Armenian population.
Based on the principles of humanism and the Geneva Conventions, we are ready to provide all the necessary humanitarian support to the civilian population and the Armenian military personnel wishing to move to the territories controlled by the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan,"- Hajiyev noted.
