Azerbaijan responds positively to ICRC’s appeal on transfer of patient from Khankandi to Armenia - VIDEO

Today, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) appealed to the Azerbaijani side to allow the transfer of a patient from Khankandi to Armenia, accompanied by a doctor and a nurse.

According to Report, the request was answered immediately, and as a result, ICRC vehicles and an ambulance of Armenians moved from Khankandi in the direction of Lachin without hindrance.

This once again shows that the road is open for humanitarian goals.
