"The purpose of our benevolent step is to deliver food assistance, in particular 40 tons of flour, to the residents of Armenian origin living in Karabakh. The leadership of the Society conducted appropriate negotiations with the command of the Russian peacekeepers temporarily deployed in Azerbaijan. However, there is no positive answer yet.
