Azerbaijan is full of determination to reintegrate ethnic Armenians living in the Karabakh district into the country's political and legal, economic and social space as full-fledged citizens, Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said at the special session of OSCE's permanent council.
According to Report, the minister stressed the need for a strict compliance with the obligation not to interfere with the internal affairs of states, not to cause damage to the integration of people representing national minorities and not to incite separatism in the territories of neighbor countries.
The minister noted that owing to the tireless efforts of the Azerbaijani government, a group of IDP families has already returned to the Aghali village of Zangilan, Talish village of Tartar and to Lachin. Minister Bayramov noted that the mass contamination of Azerbaijani territories by mines and other explosives planted by Armenia remains the main obstacle and serious humanitarian threat.
