"Deliberate protraction of the negotiation process by official Yerevan harms the situation in the region," Report quotes Defense Minister of Azerbaijan, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov as saying.

He spoke during a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Bulgaria in Azerbaijan, Nikolay Yankov on January 10.

Touching upon the military-political situation in the region, the minister emphasized that Armenia continues its aggressive policy.
